摘要:由于半导体激光器(LD)具有体积小、质量轻、转换效率高、省电以及可以直接调制等优点,其应用领域日益广泛。与此同时,对于半导体激光器输出光功率的稳定性、可靠性、准确性的要求越来越高,作为驱动激光器的驱动电源问题日益凸显。而且如果输出的电压或电流波形质量不高,又缺乏有效的保护措施,就会使激光二极管性能下降或造成永久性损伤。因此我们研究如何利用单片机控制半导体激光电源,从而大大提升半导体激光电源的自动化水平,以满足半导体激光器发展对驱动电源的要求。本课题研究使用单片机对激光电源进行控制,能简化激光电源的硬件结构,有效地解决半导体激光器工作的准确、稳定和可靠性等问题。同时为激光器驱动电源性能的提高和扩展提供了有利条件。

   本次设计采用STC12C5A16AD单片机作为主控器,采用该单片机自带AD转换器对驱动电流、背光电流以及温度对应的电压参数进行采集,通过DA转换器对驱动电流以及温度进行反馈控制。输出的电流0~1200mA并且可调,温度的调节精度达到0.5℃。并且在完成液晶显示的基础上,实现了上位机显示。

ABSTRACT:As semiconductor laser (LD) is small, light weight, high conversion efficiency, energy saving, can be directly modulated, etc., which are being increasingly used. At the same time, the semiconductor laser output power stability, reliability, accuracy requirements are high, as the driving laser drive power problems have become increasingly prominent. If the output voltage or current waveform quality is not high, but the lack of effective protection measures, it will make the laser diode performance or cause permanent damage.Therefore, we study how to control the use of single semiconductor laser power, thereby greatly enhancing the level of automation in the power semiconductor lasers, semiconductor lasers developed to meet the power requirements of the drive. This study is to use microcontroller to control the laser power, laser power can simplify the hardware structure of a semiconductor laser work effectively solve accurate, stability and reliability issues. While the laser drive performance improvement and expansion of the power provided favorable conditions.

   The design uses STC12C5A16AD microcontroller as master, using the AD converter MCU comes on the drive current, the optical power feedback voltage corresponding to current and temperature parameters for the collection, through the DA converter on the drive current and temperature feedback control. The output current 0 ~ 1500mA and adjustable temperature regulation accuracy of 0.5 ℃. And through the liquid crystal display, the host computer display.
