摘要:随着Internet技术的飞速发展，网络技术的广泛运用，人们的生活和Internet的关系越来越密切， 触动了社会的方方面面，房产中介也积极跻身于网络洪潮。
房地产中介行业作为一种信息密集型的产业，信息的准确性、时效性、及信息通畅是中介机构从事经营活动的基础。但在目前情况下，计算机技术的应用，将使房地产咨询、估价中常常涉及到的大量数据处理工作变得容易，也使房地产中介信息的查询、配对变得迅捷方便。电脑的普及和Internet成本的降低，以及信息产品进入家庭的步伐加快，物业买卖信息将成为信息产业的主要承载内容，网络将成为入网的各中介行业发布楼宇信息最便捷的途径。买方不仅可以通过网络寻找中意的楼盘，而且可以在网上看到物业实景、图片等资料，甚至还可以进行物业比较。采用先进的计算机管理技术，就能够更快、更准确地掌握房屋信息和客户信息，并且通过有效利用高科技信息技术，从而建立自己的竞争优势 。网络时代房产中介公司最重要的资源就是信息。
本系统的开发是使用的是基于微软平台的ASP技术，数据库平台是Microsoft Access。在系统的开发中通过VB语言，利用Dreamweaver提供的各种Web控件来开发ASP Web程序。
最后，结合本次毕业设计过程讨论存在的不足和体会。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet technology, network technology widely used. People’s lives and the Internet are getting closer, touching every aspect of society, so real estate agents are also actively entering the Network torrent.
Real estate industry as an information-intensive industry, the information accuracy, timeliness, and the flow of information is the foundation of intermediaries engaged in business activities. But in the current circumstances, the application of computer technology will enable real estate consulting, valuation which often involves handling large amounts of data easier, but also enable real estate information query, matching becomes quick and convenience. The popularity of computers and Internet make cost reduction, and information products to accelerate the pace of entering family, property sale information will become the main bearer of information content industry, the network will become the network of the intermediary industry released the most convenient way for building information. Buyers can not only search for love real estate through the network, and real property can be seen online, pictures, etc, and even the property can be compared. The use of advanced computer management technology, we can more quickly and accurately grasp the housing information and customer information, and the effective use of information technology in order to establish their own competitive advantage. Estate agent network times the most important resource is information.
The development of this system uses the ASP technology which is based on the Microsoft platform. The database platform is Microsoft Access. The ASP program is developed by VB through all kinds of Web controls which are provided by Dreamweaver.
Finally， the deficiencies and experience during this graduation design are also discussed in detail.
