发电厂运煤传送带的PLC控制.rar

[摘要]燃煤输送是火力发电厂运行的一个重要环节，如何保证设备运行的可靠性、减少操作人员与维护人员劳动强度、提高经济效益，成为一个值得研究的课题。本文采用PLC来控制运煤传送带，根据其控制要求编写相应的梯形图程序，并经仿真模拟调试达到预定的控制要求。

[Abstract] Coal-fired power plants conveying is an important part of the operation, how to guarantee the reliability of the equipment operation, reduce operator and maintenance personnel labor strength, improve the economic benefit and become a worth of research. This paper adopts PLC to control the conveyor belt drift, according to its control to code the corresponding ladder diagram program, and the simulation test reach the predetermined control requirements.

这次毕业设计提高了我的思维能力，同时也让我了解到了自己的不足，我会继续努力，完善自我，通过实践对理论的理解更深刻。尤其对于西门子S7-200PLC有了更深的了解。通过这次的设计，使我对输煤系统的动作顺序以及运行过程的了解，在设计时会出现哪些问题，以及各设备是如何完成一系列动作有更深一步了解。
