摘 要：该油库设计选址常州钟楼区，地理位置优越，陆路交通十分便利。本油库设计工程规划建成后可为周边地区提供优越的油品储存与传输条件，以缓解目前常州地区商业油库存储容量小，现有油库周转系数过高的问题。该油库设计一期工程为12万m3, 步设计汽油约占52%，柴油占47%，润滑油占1%。设计范围包括成品油储罐区、陆路发货装车台、库区内工艺管道设施及油库内消防等设施。由于油库具有危险性，设计除满足库区储运作业功能外，还需严格按照有关标准规范的要求，充分考虑到防火防爆防环境污染的要求，故本次设计专门设置消防系统、污水处理以及自动化控制系统等。本次设计的油库是集商业仓储与成品传输、销售等为一体的综合性销售、中转、存储性质的油库特点，设计中充分考虑到了油品种类的季节性变动的影响，使库区具有较强的适应性。

Abstract：The oil depot design site Changzhou Zhonglou,the location is very good,and the land transportation is very convenient.After the completion of the design engineering planning of the oil depot for the surrounding areas to provide superior oil storage and transport conditions to alleviate the Changzhou area commercial oil depot storage capacity of the existing oil depots high turnover coefficient.The oil depot design a project of 120 000 m3, and the preliminary design of gasoline was about 52%, diesel fuel accounted for 47%, lubricants accounted for 1%.The design covers refined oil storage tank area, overland shipment loading, the library district technology pipeline facilities and tank fire and other facilities.Oil depot dangerous design in addition to satisfying the function of reservoir storage and transport, the need to strictly in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards, and fully take into account the requirements of the fire and explosion of anti-environmental pollution, the design is specifically set up to fire safety systems, sewageprocessing and automation control systems.The design of the oil depot is a set of commercial warehousing and finished transmission, sales of integrated sales, transit, storage nature of the oil depot characteristics, design, give full consideration to the impact of the oil types of seasonal changes in the reservoir areahas strong adaptability.
