摘要:无级变速技术是目前汽车传动系统中的前沿技术,与手动变速器、自动变速器相比,综合动力性能更佳,能与发动机形成理想的动力匹配。本文对汽车无级变速器的发展概况和国内外应用情况进行了调研,并对无级变速器的优缺点进行了较详细的分析。随着电子技术和网络技术在汽车上的应用,无级变速器将更加适合现代汽车设计的要求。作为汽车修理人员有必要掌握无级变速器的故障分析与修理技术,以面对维修工作的需要。

本文以国内保有量较多的奥迪01J无级变速器为例,重点介绍了无级变速器的基本结构与工作原理。在总结前人的对无级变速器的维修经验的基础上,以《01J无级自动变速箱结构和功能自学手册》和《奥迪A4维修手册—01J无级变速器分册》为依据,设计出了较为合理的故障分析与修理工艺流程。对每一个流程都作了较详细的分析,并对无级变速器上的重要压力控制分别进行了总结分析。

本文还通过实际故障案例对无级变速器的故障分析与修理工艺进行应用。以实际案例为出发点,由现象到本质,从原理到实践,目的就是让修理人员在实际维修应用中,能够形成正确的故障分析与修理思路,在维修无级变速器时能够真正地得以应用。

Abstract:Continuously variable transmission technology is currently in the forefront of automotive technology, manual transmission, automatic transmission compared to a better integrated dynamic performance, with the formation of the ideal power matching engine. In this paper, the development of auto CVT application profiles and conducted research abroad, and continuously variable transmission of the advantages and disadvantages of a more detailed analysis. As electronic technology and network technology in automobile applications, continuously variable transmission will be more suitable for modern car design. Auto repair personnel as necessary to master the CVT failure analysis and repair technology to face the need for maintenance work. In this paper, the domestic holdings more Audi 01J CVT, for example, focuses on the basic structure and the CVT works. In conclusion, previous experience in the maintenance of the continuously variable transmission, based on in order to "01J Variable Transmission structure and function of self-study manual" and "Audi A4 Repair Manual - 01J CVT volumes" as the basis to design a more reasonable fault analysis and repair process. For each process have been more detailed analysis, and the continuously variable transmission of the important pressure control were analyzed separately. This article also through actual case of the continuously variable transmission failure analysis and repair process of fault applied. The actual case as a starting point to the nature of the phenomenon, from the principles and practice, the purpose is to make repairs in the actual maintenance of applications, can form a correct idea of fault analysis and repair, the maintenance of continuously variable transmission can be truly be applied.
