广东服务外包业区域发展问题_英语论文.doc

中文摘要：在经济全球化的背景下，随着高新技术的快速发展和世界经济体系的不断完善，中国的对外贸易活动比以往任何时候都更加频繁。中国已成为全球离岸服务外包第二承接国家。而广东近几年来服务外包产业也持续快速发展中，服务外包产业将会成为经济创新增长的一个新的引擎。然而，作为中国第一的外贸大省，广东在承接国际服务外包方面与江苏和北京等省相比还是存在着一定的差距，如服务外包的规模小、产业集中度低、区域特色不明显等。而且，除了广州和深圳之外，其他城市的服务外包比重很小。所以，广东省需要从相关政策支持如财政、人才优惠政策等和一些载体建设如设立全国服务外包示范城市多个方面入手去推进服务外包产业的发展，实现质地飞跃。
