一代一路背景下综合性商务英语人才培养研究_英语论文.doc

中文摘要：一带一路战略的实现，关键在于人才支撑。由于一带一路是具有跨国性战略的特殊性，因此人才支撑的关键在于提供优质的综合性商务英语人才支撑，才能满足国内外市场的需求。因此，高等教育应该承担起培养优质综合性商务英语人才的重任。因此，本文就对于目前中国高等教育的商务英语人才培养方面进行研究，运用参考文献，对比分析和网络调查等方式对于目前中国高等教育商务英语人才培养现状进行了分析与研究。发现现代高等教育存在许多方面的不足，并不能达到培养综合性商务英语人才的要求。进而针对高等教育现状的不足和目前市场对于商务英语人才的要求提出相对应的建议措施以达到改进高等教育现状，更好地培养出优质的综合性商务英语人才以达到满足一带一路战略的人才支撑，实现一带一路战略成功完成的目标。
