目的论视角下的中国时事热词翻译研究--2017年全国两会为例.docx

Abstract: In 1970s, Skopos Theory was gradually developed under the guidance of Hans Vermeer, Germany. With the continuous development of China's economy, many current hot words  have appeared, and their translation work can make the people of foreign countries better understand China and show them the progress and development of China. Therefore, it is of certain significance to study the translation of current hot words. This article first introduces the definition, development and three important principles of translation skopos theory, the principle of purpose, the principle of coherence and the principle of loyalty. Then, taking the Chinese current hot words  of 2017 NPC and CPPCC as an example, in the perspective of Skopos theory , it put forward the application of the principle of purpose, loyalty and coherence in the translation of Chinese current hot words , and finally put forward four translation strategies, transliteration, literal translation, free translation, and creative translation. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the study of  Chinese current hot words translation, and to provide some ideas for the translation of  current hot words. In the translation of Chinese current hot words, we should find the closest equivalents, retain the original features, and help the audience understand Chinese current hot words better.

摘要:20世纪70年代，翻译目的论是在德国汉斯弗米尔指导下逐渐得到发展。中国经济不断发展，出现了很多时事热词，做好其翻译工作，可以使得国外民众更好了解中国，向他们展现中国的进步和发展。所以研究时事热词的翻译具有一定的意义，本文首先介绍翻译目的论的定义、发展情况及三个重要原则，目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则。之后以2017年全国两会的实时热词为例，在翻译目的论的视角下，提出了目的、忠实、连贯原则在实时热词翻译中的应用，最后提出了四大翻译策略，音译、直译、意译、创意翻译。本文旨在为实时热词翻译研究提供借鉴，为实时热词的翻译方法提供一定的思路，在时事热词的翻译中，寻找最贴近的对等语，保留原文特色，帮助受众群体更好理解中国时事热词。
