开平立园旅游发展与保护策略研究.doc

摘要：开平立园建园至今已经有近85年历史，它是二十世纪初中西文化冲击之下反映近代中国农村转型过程记录的典型代表，也是中国绝无仅有的一座融汇中西独特建筑艺术的华侨私人园林。作为历史文化价值深厚的一处遗产资源，开平立园是开平旅游业的重要依托。特别是在“开平碉楼与村落”成功被列为世界文化遗产之后，广东省文化建设十大工程之一的“开平碉楼与村落文化展示区”在开平立园建成，立园景区成为宣传碉楼文化与辐射开平其他景点的重要载体，对做大做强开平旅游业有重要意义。

　　　本文从 “开平旅游看碉楼”这一旅游路线的辐射地——立园出发，结合国内外文化遗产型景区的发展与保护经验，分析了开平立园景区的环境保护问题和管理经营问题，以及这些问题对开平世界文化遗产旅游事业的影响，并提出相应的策略，为开平立园的发展与保护提供参考意见。

Abstract：Kaiping LiGarden has been found for nearly 85 years ,which is a typical representative reflection that records the process of modern China’s rural transformation under the impact of Eastern and Western culture.And it is also an oversea Chinese private garden with unique architectural style of Estern and Western art. As a historic and cultural value profound cultural heritage resources, Li Garden is an import set of Kaiping tourism. Especially after Kaiping Diaolou and Villages have been successfully listed as a World Cultural Heritage, Kaiping Diaolou and Villages culture exhibit, one of the ten major projects of Guangdong Province cultural construction, built in Li Garden, making the scenic area become propaganda of diaolou culture and radiation for Kaiping other spots .As an important carrier of Kaiping tourism industy,Li Garden has important meaning of making Kaiping tourism bigger and stronger .

　　　This paper writed from the sight that Li Garden as a radiative place of Kaiping Diaolou tourism, combining with the development and protection experience from domestic and foreign culture heritage scenic spot,analyses the development and protection problems and management problems stayed in KaiPing scenic area, and these problems’s impact on Kaiping’s world cultural heritage tourism, and than gives some suggestions about it,which will play a promotion to the World Heritage’s development and protection.

　　　本文主要在微观层面对立园的环境管理，产品服务及管理制度存在问题提出建议和意见，在数据支持，构建开发经营模型方面的论证还比较缺乏，目前做到的只是相当于概念规划这一深度，建构了一个大致的细化研究范围与研究内容思路，对碉楼与村落进行全面的普查，记录详细档案方面等具体方面都需要在今后的研究中进一步解决。
