浅论XX景区周边环境对景区开发的影响.doc

摘要：旅游景区周边环境作为一道风景线，正在成为游客的观赏对象，但是许多景区只注重景区内部管理，忽视了对景区周边环境的管理。随着旅游业的快速发展和城镇现代化的推进、景区周边涌现出了大量与景区不协调的问题，同时，由于人们对景区所处背景环境标准的提高，忽视周边环境与景区完整性的做法已不能适应新时代旅游者的需求。未来景区的竞争已经延伸到景区周边环境，为此，景区周边环境亦成为新世纪旅游发展及研究的一个新领域。本文试图找出开平碉楼景区周边环境对景区开发利用的积极、消极影响，分析两种影响对景区产生的作用，促使积极影响更大效用的发挥，减少消极影响。

开平碉楼各景区周边环境正处于无序管理状态，对景区开发与利用产生极坏的影响。过度的商业化使遗产地的核心区与缓冲区界线逐渐模糊，风景用地正在被商业用地所取代，景区周边环境规划已是刻不容缓。开平碉楼与村落作为宝贵的世界文化遗产，要想得到可持续额的发展与全方位的保护，需要依靠开平市政府与开发机构的通力合作，把保护与开发从营利性向公益性转变，有序的开发、合理的保护，使周边环境与已开发景区有机的融为一体，使周边环境纳入到景区的规划与保护范围之内，使得开平碉楼与村落作为整体得以持续健康的发展。
