摘要:在全球化的冲击和旅游业的迅速发展下,旅游业发展对人才的需要不止反映在数量上,更反映在质量上。对比其它行业,旅游业是实践性和操作性较强的行业因素,这决定了旅游管理专业在课程设置上,实践教学是不可或缺的环节。关于旅游实践教学的问题,一直是产学研三方面关注的热点,本文从实践教学所涵盖的认知见习、随堂实习、专业考察等几方面入手,分析我国旅游专业教学中实践课程的现状,从学校、企业、学生自身的方面分析在实践课程中存在的问题,并引入国外旅游教育实践教学的成功范例,进而试图寻找出既汲取国外先进经验,又是根据我国国情和各院校具体情况的旅游实践课程发展战略。最后根据存在的问题,在借鉴国外先进经验和方法的基础上,提出改善我国旅游教育实践教学的策略。

Abstract:On the impact of globalization and the rapid development of the tourism industry, tourism development needs of the people not only reflected in the quantity, and is reflected in the quality of. Compared with other industries, the tourism industry is the practical and operable industry factors, which decides the tourism management major in the curriculum, the practice teaching is an indispensable important link. On tourism practice teaching problem, has been the focus of research in three aspects, this article from the practice of teaching the cognitive apprentice, covered with practice, professional study aspects, analysis of China's tourism specialty teaching practice curriculum present situation, from the schools, enterprises, the students themselves in the practice course in analysis the problem, and the introduction of foreign tourism education practice teaching examples, and then tries to find out that learn from foreign advanced experience, and according to the conditions of our country and the specific situation of the practice of tourism colleges curriculum development strategy. Finally, according to the existence question, in profits from the overseas advanced experience and method, put forward to improve our country tourism practice teaching strategy.

  近年来,我国的旅游教育随着旅游业的发展而迅速发展,但相比于国外的旅游教育还是略显滞后。通过对旅游实践课程的意义的分析,我们可以看出实践课程的分量是如此之重,尽管各院校已经开始关注实践课程这一环节,但目前还是存在很多问题。包括学校对实践课程的重视程度;企业对于学校提出的合作没有积极配合;学生自身对实践课程的认知的偏差等等。

  通过借鉴国外旅游教育实践教学的成功模式和范例,对我国旅游教育实践教学的改善提出了几点建议:一是学校应加深对实践教学的重视程度,构建“双师型”的师资队伍;二是企业应意识到建立校外实践基地与学校合作的益处,积极配合学校在实践教学上的开展工作;三是学生应清楚实践课程的目的、意义与重要性,从被动的“我得实习”向积极的“我要实习”转变,在实习过后更要懂得总结自己的实习心得。
