摘 要: 以加拿大一枝黄花、芦蒿为材料,研究了在同一条件下这两种菊科植物不同部位的矿质元素含量,对比芦蒿研究加拿大一枝黄花在生产上的利用前景和对于其繁殖的意义。实验显示:加拿大一枝黄花叶是Ca,K,Cu,Mg等元素的主要积累器官,而Fe主要积累在茎中,芦嵩Ca主要集中在根状茎中,Fe,Mg,K主要积累在叶中, Cu主要积累于茎中。相比较而言,加拿大一枝黄花叶与芦嵩叶中Fe、Cu、K、Mg含量差异较小,而加拿大一枝黄花含Ca量明显大于芦嵩;加拿大一枝黄花茎与芦嵩茎中Fe、Cu、K、Ca等元素含量存在较大差异,而Mg含量差异较小;加拿大一枝黄花与芦嵩根状茎中Fe、K、Ca等元素含量存在较大差异,而Cu、Mg差异较小。结果表明:加拿大一枝黄花叶所含的Ca,K,Cu,Mg,Fe这几种元素比芦嵩叶丰富,而茎和根状茎所含的Ca,K,Cu,Mg,Fe这几种元素量则不如芦嵩丰富。且加拿大一枝黄花的各部位中,叶中含有的Ca,K,Cu,Mg,Fe这几种元素的量最为丰富。由此可知,加拿大一枝黄花在药用方面具有较大的研究和开发价值。就矿质元素而言,加拿大一枝黄花叶具有一定的药用、利用价值,且这些矿质元素对其自身的生长与繁殖有重要影响。

Abstract:  Comparison of different mineral elements of the Solidago canadensis L. and the Artemisia selengensis were studied the in different parts under the same conditions, the amount  of calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, potassium and other mineral elements in canadensis L. roots, stems and tender were tested. Compared Artemisia selengensis to the studied of the production of Solidago canadensis L. use in the future and these nutrients for its reproductive significance . Experiments showed that Solidago Canadensis L leaves were the main organs contain Ca, K, Cu, Mg and other elements, and Fe mainly was accumulated in the stem.While the Artemisia selengensis concentrate Ca in the rhizome, Fe, Mg, K in the leaves, and the most of Cu in the stem. Compared of the two terms, we knowed Solidago canadensis leaves have the same level of Fe, Cu, K, Mg, and greater Ca with Artemisia selengensis ; Solidago canadensis L. sterm had the different level of Fe, Cu, K, Ca, and the same Mg; The stem of Artemisia selengensis and Solidago canadensis L.'s Fe, K, Ca and other elements of content were much different, and Cu,Mg were similar. The results showed that Solidago canadensis L. contain Ca, K, Cu, much  than Artemisia selengensis L. in the leave, less in the sterm.However the Solidago canadensis L. leave contained the most amount of Ca, K, Cu, Mg, Fe in all parts of it. It can be seen in Solidago canadensis L.  has a large pharmaceutical research and development value. This single from the mineral elements, and the comparisons with Artemisia selengensis, Solidago canadensis L.had higher consumption value. And these mineral elements in growth and reproduction of their own reproduction, a certain relationship..
