摘 要:本实验探讨了用电导率法快速测定污水中菌落总数方法的准确性、可靠性。利用电导率法建立污水中细菌总数的标准曲线,测试了电导率法、国标法得出的结果重复性,并与国标法进行对比,通过平行试验及对比试验,研究了电导率法作为一种快速检测方法测量污水中细菌总数的可行性。电导率法建立方程Y=-0.7698X+11.667,相关系数R2=0.8753,变异系数分别是0.64% 、0.77%、0.57%,均较小,说明该方法的重现性较好,经统计学t检验,结果P>0.05,表明两种方法无显著性差异。将其与传统的国标法进行比较,说明利用电导率法快速检测污水中细菌总数的是可行的。

Abstract:This experiment is discussed with electrical conductivity method on rapid determination of total number of colonies in sewage of the accuracy and reliability . Conductivity method is used to establish standard curve of the total number of bacteria in sewage, test the electrical conductivity method and GB method, repeatability of the results and compared with national standard method, through the parallel test and contrast test, conductivity method as a rapid detection method is studied on the feasibility of measuring total number of bacteria in the wastewater. Conductivity method to establish equation Y = 0.7698 + 11.667 X, the multiple correlation coefficient R2 = 0.8753, the variation coefficient were 0.64%, 0.77%, 0.57%, are smaller, shows that the method has good reproducibility, the statistical t test, the results (P > 0.05), showed that there was no significant difference between two methods. Compared with the traditional national standard method, it shows that using the conductivity method, rapid detection of bacteria in sewage is feasible.
