摘  要:本文以阴生阳生木芙蓉为材料,研究了木芙蓉在不同生境下的光合生理表现。通过对不同叶位阴生阳生叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度的含量进行了测定与比较。实验表明,木芙蓉的叶绿素的含量、比叶重和光合速率,中部的叶高于上、下部的叶,而阳生木芙蓉的光合生理表现优于阴生木芙蓉。本研究结果发现木芙蓉更适于在阳生环境下栽培,为木芙蓉的园林绿化提供技术参考。

Abstract:With the Hibiscus mutabilis under the shade and sun conditions as materials, the photosynthetic physiological characteristics in Hibiscus mutabilis were studied in this paper. The chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were determined. The results showed that chlorophyll content, specific leaf weight and photosynthetic rate in the middle leaf positions were more than those in two ends leaf positions. The photosynthetic performance of sun Hibiscus mutabilis is superior to that of shade Hibiscus mutabilis. The sun Hibiscus mutabilis is more suitable for cultivated under the strong light intensity condition.
