摘  要

   本文通过对红河州林科所选择出的10株窄叶西南红山茶母树种子的形态大小,种子的重量等生物学特性进行分析研究,以为其科研和生产利用提供参考。从每一株母树的种子里随机抽取50粒种子,用电子游标卡尺分别测量长度、宽、厚度以及用电子天平称量其重量并记录下来,一共测量500粒种子,运用Spassv13.0软件对数据处理。研究结果表明:在种子形态大小方面,母树种子长度、厚度及宽度三个指标中,长度为稳定指标,其变异小,种子重量的变异系数相对于长度、宽、厚度较大,种子的重量中8号种子最稳定,6号种子最不稳定。

ABSTRACT

   This article choose 10 strainsCamellia pitardii Cohen-Stuart trees seeds size, seeds weight form and other biological characteristics are analyzed through to the honghe LinKeSuo, the scientific research and use of production that to provide the reference.  the seeds of each plant trees in 50 seeds randomly with electronic vernier caliper, measured the length, width, thickness and useing electronic balance measure its weight and recorded, a total of 500 seeds use measuring Spassv13.0 software on data processing. The results showed that the seed form size, trees seed length, thickness and width, length of three criteria for stable indicators, the variation is small, seeds weight coefficient of variation of the length, width, relative to the thickness of the weight is larger, the eighth seed is most stable, the sixth seed is most unstable in seed weight.
