摘  要

   本实验以牛蛙(Rana catesbiana)为材料,用氯化铅配制不同浓度的Pb2+溶液(10、20和40 mg/kg)。在染毒7天后,对牛蛙肌肉和神经组织兴奋阈值、总蛋白质含量、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(Catalase, CAT)活性以及重金属Pb2+的残留量进行测定,探讨分析实验结果。实验结果表明,处理前牛蛙呼吸频率无显著差异,处理后呼吸频率有显著差异,心率随浓度的增大而降低。牛蛙肌肉和神经组织兴奋阈值随重金属Pb2+离子浓度的增大而增大,总蛋白质含量、MDA含量随浓度的增大而升高,CAT活性随浓度的增大而降低,在腹肌、后腿肌肉和肝脏中重金属Pb2+的残留量最多的是肝脏,其次是腹肌,最少的是后腿肌肉。

ABSTRACT

   In this experiment to Bullfrogs (Rana catesbiana) for materials, prepared with lead chloride solution of different concentration in Pb2+ (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg). After the 7 day exposed, Rana catesbiana muscle and nerve tissue exciting threshold, total protein, malondialdehyde (Malondialdehyde, MDA) level, catalase (Catalase, CAT) activity and determination of residue of heavy metal Pb2+, discussion on the analysis of experimental results. The results showed that former Rana catesbiana no significant difference in respiratory rate, respiratory frequency differences after treatment, heart rate decrease with the increase in concentration. Muscle and nerve tissue excitatory threshold value with the Pb2+ ion of heavy metal concentrations increase and increase. Total protein content, MDA content increased with increasing concentration, CAT activity decreased with the increase of the concentration. In abdominal, back leg muscles and liver are liver Pb2+ residues of heavy metals in the most, followed by abdominal muscle, the least is hind leg muscles.
