摘要:随着金红石资源逐渐枯竭和价格上涨,高钛渣成为生产金属钛的理想原料之一。不同于普通冶金炉渣,钛渣的高熔点性、强腐蚀性、高导电性等性能都会在熔炼过程中随其组成的不同而发生剧烈的变化,进而影响金属钛质量。

   作为高钛渣冶金性能之一的熔化性对于金属钛的顺利生产起着重要的作用。本文采用化学纯配置高钛渣,加入不同比例的TiO2、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2、CaO配成16组试样,通过半球点法测量高钛渣的熔化性温度,研究碱度、TiO2、MgO、Al2O3对高钛渣熔化性温度的影响,从而为研究高钛渣熔化性温度的影响因素提供参考意义。

   实验结果表明,高钛渣熔化性温度较高,但大部分高钛渣熔化性温度集中在1400℃~1500℃的范围内;对高钛渣熔化性温度影响程度由主到次的顺序依次为TiO2>碱度>MgO>Al2O3,其中,TiO2和碱度对高钛渣熔化性温度影响较大,MgO和Al2O3对高钛渣熔化性温度影响较小。

ABSTRACT:With the gradual depletion and rising prices of rutile resources, high titanium slag has become one of the ideal raw material for the production of titanium metal. Different from the ordinary metallurgical slag, many properties of kinds of titanium slag in the smelting process will change, such as high melting point, high corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity and so on. So it would affect the quality of titanium metal.

   The melting of high titanium slag is one of metallurgical properties and plays an important role in production of titanium metal. High titanium slag that the paper adopts is made up of pure chemical reagent, adding different proportion of TiO2, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2 and CaO in 16 groups of samples. The experiments use hemisphere point method to gauge the melting temperature of high titanium slag and discuss the effect of basicity, TiO2, MgO and Al2O3. So the result could provide reference for the study of factors that affect slag melting temperature of high titanium.

   Experiments show that, the high titanium slag melting temperature is higher. And melting temperature of the most high titanium slag are grouped in the range of 1400℃~1500℃. The degree that influence on the melting temperature of high titanium slag was sized down and the sequence is TiO2> basicity>MgO>Al2O3. Among them, TiO2 and basicity have great effect on the melting temperature of high titanium slag, and MgO and Al2O3 have little effect on melting temperature of the high titanium slag.
