摘要:随着重工业的迅猛发展,含硫废物的日益增加,工业中急需对这些废物进行处理,对此,脱硫技术的发展显得格外重要。近几十年,国内外的脱硫技术发展很快,在赤泥脱硫的方面有不少的研究, 最多的是探讨如何将赤泥综合利用,以求达到变废为宝,综合利用有限的资源。

   本文拟采用湿法冶金脱硫技术,对重庆某重金属冶炼厂生产铜包铁粉时产生的赤泥进行脱硫处理,该厂赤泥中的硫含量约为3.8%,现行的脱硫工艺主要包括氧化焙烧脱硫和湿法浸出脱硫,本实验拟通过湿法浸出工艺处理该赤泥,降低其中的硫含量,主要考察浸出剂的浓度、浸出温度、搅拌速度、液固比等因素对赤泥脱硫效果的影响。通过试验结果,得出结论如下:在用去离子水脱硫时,反应时间为20min,转速为250r/min,反应温度为40℃,液固比为8:1,可作为最佳脱硫条件,此时脱硫率可达到89%以上。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of heavy industry, increasing sulfur waste, industrial waste are urgently needed for these processes, which, desulfurization technology development is particularly important. In recent decades, rapid development of desulfurization technology at home and abroad, in the red mud desulfurization is plenty of research is to explore how the most comprehensive utilization of red mud in order to achieve turning waste into treasure, comprehensive utilization of limited resources . 

   This paper intends to adopt hydrometallurgical desulfurization technology, Chongqing, a heavy metal smelter produced when copper coated iron desulfurization process red mud, red mud plant sulfur content of about 3.8%, the existing desulfurization process includes roasting leaching and wet desulfurization desulfurization, the present study intends to deal with the leaching process through a wet red mud, which reduce the sulfur content, mainly on the leaching agent concentration, leaching temperature, stirring speed, liquid-solid ratio on the desulfurization of red mud affected. Through experimental results and concluded as follows: deionized water desulfurization reaction time was 20min, speed is 250r/min, the reaction temperature is 40 ℃, liquid-solid ratio of 8:1, as best desulfurization conditions, this When the desulfurization rate can reach 89%.
