摘要:近十多年来,世界汽车工业面临着三大问题:能源、公害和安全。由于能源危 机和环境问题的日益突出,现阶段世界各国均十分关注汽车轻量化技术。

   随着能源短缺及环境污染问题越来越受关注,无论是从社会效益还是经济效益 来考虑,低油耗、低排放的汽车都是节约型社会发展的需要。汽车轻量化技术正是 这一需要的解决办法。

   汽车的轻量化主要通过合理的结构设计和使用轻质材料的方式来实现。本文介 绍镁合金在汽车轻量化中的应用优势及应用技术的新发展,综述目前镁合金在世界 发达国家和我国汽车工业中的应用现状。镁合金因为它良好的材料性能,最近几年 越来越受到关注,最为最轻的汽车用金属材料,对于汽车轻量化的发展可以说是相 当重要,也可以说是最符合汽车轻量化的金属材料。虽然镁合金拥有质量轻、比强 度高等优秀性能,但是镁合金在使用中还是有许多技术难点,镁合金受温度的影响 很大,使得其变形变异特征很明显。本文就镁合金的使用的技术难点做了重点介绍。 同时,就这些难点提出了一些解决办法。

   汽车轻量化可以说是汽车的一次变革,而且将会是一次长时间的变革,也是一 次必要的变革,不但能减慢能源消耗的速度,而且能有效降低环境压力,可以称得 上是造福整个人类。

Abstract:Over the past decade,three major problems facing the world auto industry。Were energy, pollution and safety.As the energy crisis and environmental problems have become more prominent at this stage are very concerned about the automotive world lightweight technology.

  With the energy shortage and environmental pollution more and more attention, either from social or economic benefits to consider, low fuel consumption, low emission cars are economical and social development needs. Vehicle weight reduction is the need for technology solutions.

  Lightweight vehicles, mainly through structural design and use reasonable means to achieve lightweight materials. This article describes the lightweight magnesium alloy in automotive applications in the application of advantages and new developments in technology, review the current magnesium alloys in the world's developed countries and status of China's automobile industry. Because of its good materials, magnesium, more and more attention in recent years, the lightest metallic materials, automobile use for automobile lightweight development is very important, also can say is most suitable for automobile lightweight metallic materials. Although magnesium alloys have higher than the intensity of light quality, excellent performance, but in the use of magnesium alloys have many technical difficulties, the temperature of the influence that the deformation characteristics of mutation is very obvious. Based on the use of the magnesium alloy and introduces the technical difficulties. Meanwhile, the problems, puts forward some solutions.

  Auto lightweight is a transformation of the car, and will be a long time, is also a necessary changes, not only can slow speed of energy consumption, and can effectively reduce the pressure on the environment and benefit the whole mankind to call.
