摘要:在国内,一些中小企业仍然沿用传统的设计方法,但是传统的设计方法已经无 法满足现代企业的竞争需求。随着科学技术的发展,在产品设计过程中利用计算机 进行模拟仿真已经逐步成为一种主流的发展方向,但是一些仿真软件必须在大型计 算机上才能进行模拟仿真,增加了模拟仿真的成本。这大大制约了一些企业,特别 是中小企业的发展。本文结合汽车发动机设计需要,针对传祺 2.0 发动机的曲柄连 杆机构,在普通计算机上对其进行运动模拟仿真。

论文的主要内容如下: 首先,本文研究了本课题的背景、意义以及机构运动模拟的发展现状;介绍了本论文的研究内容和组成。 其次,对曲柄连杆机构进行了动力学分析,为后续的运动仿真分析提供理论依据。

   再次,基于 Pro/Engineer 软件,对曲柄连杆机构进行建模仿真,得到曲柄连杆 机构各构件的速度、加速度与受力等信息。

   最后,仿真结果分析表明:本论文所采用的运动仿真方法简单、准确、可行; 能提高曲柄连杆机构设计水平。该方法能满足中小型企业的要求,缩短产品设计周 期、减少开发成本。

Abstract:In China, some small and medium-sized enterprises still adhere to the traditional design method, but it has failed to meet the needs of modern enterprise competition. As the development of science and technology, simulate by computer in product design is becoming a mainstream development direction. But some simulation software must run on mainframe computer, which increases the and greatly restricts enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises’ development. Based on the demand of automobile engine design, this paper focuses on the crank rod system of ‘chuanqi’ engine and simulates its movement on micro computer.

The main contents of the papers are as follows:

   Firstly, this paper studies background, significance of this research and the development situation of the motion simulation. This paper introduced the research content and composition.

   Secondly, this paper analyzes the crank rod system dynamics and provides theory basis for the following simulation analysis of subsequent movement.

   Again, based on Pro/E, model and simulate the crank rod system and then obtain velocity, acceleration, and other information of each components of the crank rod system.

   Finally, the simulation result shows that the motion simulation methodology is simple, accurate and feasible that can improve the design level of crank rod system. This methodology  can  satisfy  the  requirements  of  small  and  medium-sized  enterprises  to shorten the product design cycle and reduce the cost.
