摘  要:能源是社会经济发展的重要物质基础,水泥工业是能源的消耗大户,生产过程中排放大量的余热废气,不仅造成严重的环境污染,而且还影响企业的经济效益的提高。如何有效地回收和利用余热烟气,对节约能源、保护环境起着重要的作用。水泥窑余热锅炉技术随水泥工业技术的发展而不断进步,已先后开发了中空窑高温余热锅炉、低温带补燃余热锅炉和纯低温余热锅炉。

  自2004 年开始, 由于我国的煤炭和电力价格不断上涨,全国出现了大范围电力紧缺的局面, 这使得众多水泥企业的生产线运转不足,最终导致其经济效益持续下滑。在此局面下, 如果能在水泥企业中建设纯低温余热发电装置, 充分回收利用生产过程中产生的废气余热资源, 就不但可以发电或热电联供, 还可以减少生产过程排入环境的废热、粉尘等污染。所以, 大力发展纯低温余热发电项目已经成为目前我国水泥行业节能降耗、扭转经济危机的有效途径。

   对于水泥生产企业: 可以大幅减少向社会发电厂的购电量或大幅减少水泥生产企业燃烧燃料的自备电厂的发电量以大大降低水泥生产能耗; 可避免水泥窑废气余热直接排入大气造成的热岛现象, 同时由于减少了社会发电厂或水泥生产企业燃烧燃料的自备电厂的燃料消耗, 可减少CO2 等燃烧废物的排放而有利于保护环境。

  水泥窑余热锅炉的开发和应用, 对节约能源,降低水泥生产成本, 保护环境等方面起到重要的作用, 中空窑余热锅炉在解决水泥生产与电力供求矛盾方面做出了贡献, 预分解窑低温余热发电锅炉, 利用低温余热, 既提高了余热发电量, 又能降低用电成本, 为企业带来了较好的经济效益, 随着纯低温余热发电技术的不断完善, 纯低温余热发电锅炉将是今后水泥窑余热锅炉的重要方向。

   本篇论文主要是针对,水泥窑余热发电的发展,技术的研究,以及存在的问题及解决方案进行讨论。

Abstract:Social and economic development of the energy is an important material foundation, the cement industry is a large energy consumption, production processes emit large quantities of waste heat emissions, not only caused serious environmental pollution, but also affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. How to effectively use waste heat recovery and flue gas, to save energy, protect the environment plays an important role. Cement kiln waste heat boiler technology with the development of cement industry technology advances, it has already developed a high temperature kiln waste heat boiler, low-temperature waste heat boiler and combustion with the waste heat boiler. 

   Since 2004, because of China's coal and electricity prices rising, the emergence of a wide range of China power shortage situation, which makes a number of cement production line running less, leading to its economic benefits continues to decline. In this situation, if the building in cement waste heat power generation unit, the full production process of recycling waste heat generated resources, not only for power generation or combined heat and power, but also can reduce the production of waste heat released into the environment and dust pollution. Therefore, waste heat power generation to develop Project has become China's cement industry, energy saving, effective way to reverse the economic crisis. 

   For cement production enterprises: power plants can significantly reduce the share of social power to significantly reduce cement production enterprises or fuel combustion power generation captive power plant to significantly reduce the energy consumption of cement production; can avoid the cement kiln exhaust gas waste heat directly into the atmosphere caused The heat island phenomenon, due to the reduction of social power plants or cement production enterprises owned power plant burning fuel in fuel consumption, reduce CO2 emissions and other combustion wastes conducive to protecting the environment.
