摘 要:简要介绍了国内外锌冶金技术的现状,并分析了其发展趋势,对现有的锌冶金工艺进行了多方面的分析、比较。主要是论述了沸腾焙烧炉系统设计、施工、投产和生产过程中的技术问题,提出了观点和看法,总结生产实践的各种经验,探讨了大型沸腾焙烧炉系统在我国有色冶金行业中的应用前景和发展方向,介绍了焙烧车间的设计方法及思路。

ABSTRACT:Current situation of zinc metallurgy process at home and abroad is introduced and its development trend is analyzed in this paper Especially, the different zinc processes used currently have been enumerated and analyzed in the paper by comparing their advantages and disadvantages from various aspects the developing course and present state of ISA furnace for lead smelting are reviewed; the necessity of  improving the continuous smelting ability of ISA furnace for lead smelting is discussed; the factors influencing the continuous smelting ability of ISA furnace, and the improving measures and their applying effect are summarized and analyzed in this paper. The existing problems of improving the continuous smelting ability of ISA furnace and the direction of solving these problems are also explored. The paper introduces the design of baking shop.

   沸腾焙烧是湿法炼锌过程中的重要环节,当今世界随着湿法炼锌技术的不断发展,生产规模的不断大型化,要求沸腾焙烧炉的技术也不断发展,沸腾焙烧炉也愈趋于大型化。沸腾焙烧炉在湿法炼锌中占有重要的地位,沸腾焙烧的基础是固体流态化,用沸腾焙烧炉焙烧锌精矿,炉内热容量大且均匀,温差小,料粒与空气接触表面积大,反应速度快,强度高,传热传质效率高,这些都使焙烧过程大大强化,产品质量稳定、生产率高,设备与操作便于实现生产连续化和自动化等一系列优点,各国都很重视此项技术,因此得到了广泛应用。
