摘 要:随着世界能源日益枯竭,各国都越来越关注节约能源。而随着国民经济的日益增长,我国能源的生产和需求之间的差距越来越大。开源节流是解决能源供需矛盾的可靠办法。因此,要求我们在加强管理和革新落后生产工艺的同时,在合理利用一次能源的基础上,更好地开发和利用二次能源。而余热锅炉是利用二次能源的重要手段之一。其传热效率高、钢材耗量少、投资省及使用寿命长等优点,使其在行业中越来越被广泛采用。  

   余热锅炉是设置在各类工艺流程中,回收余热以提高整个设备热效率,从而减少一次能源消耗的一种理想节能设备。它不但能节约能源,而且对提高主流程的质量,减轻公害和满足某些工艺要求,都起着十分重要的作用。为此,世界各国都先后开展了余热锅炉和余热利用技术的研究工作,并在节能中大力推广应用余热锅炉节约能源,从而取得了显著的节能成果。

   本课题结合催化裂化再生烟气的特性,论述了用于这种烟气余热回收的余热锅炉的设计特点以及应当注意的问题。根据给定参数和设计要求,通过设计研究以及不断的校核,最终达到了解、熟悉余热锅炉受热面的布置与计算的目的,并在充分考虑余热锅炉的使用条件以及余热锅炉的受热面积灰,腐蚀以及余热锅炉的磨损等问题后,充分利用先进技术,设计出能安全经济运行的再生烟气余热锅炉。

Abstract:As global energy exhausting, countries pay more and more attention to save energy. And, as the national economy growing,the gap between energy production and demand is becoming more and more great.Increasing income and reducing expenditure is a reliable method to solve the contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, it requires us to strengthen management and innovate backward production process.At the same time, based on the rational utilization of primary energy, we should develop and use the secondary energy better.While waste heat boiler is an important means of using the secondary energy. It is more widely used in the industry because of its higher heat transfer efficiency, less steel consumption, lower investment and the advantages of long life.

   Waste heat boiler is set in various process, recycling waste heat in order to improve the whole equipment’s heat efficiency, thus reducing primary energy consumption. It is a kind of ideal energy saving equipment. It can not only save energy, but also improve the quality.It plays a very important role in reducing pollution and meeting some process requirement. Therefore, all countries in the world has launched research work about waste heat boiler and waste heat utilization technology. They also promote the use of waste heat boile to save energy.Thus,they obtain a significant energy saving results.

   This paper gives a brief description of regenerative flue gas in FCCU. It disccuses the design feature of waste heat boiler used for recovering heat energy of gas. According to the given parameters and design requirements, through the design research and constantly checking, We should understand and be familiar with heating surface’s arrangement and calculation ultimately.Meanwhile,the deposition, low temperature corrosion and vibration in the heat-exchanger surface should be considered so as to guarantee that the boiler functions properly.
