摘要:本文是设计DZS2-1.0-Q型燃气蒸汽锅炉。设计中首先已知锅炉参数,如锅炉的蒸发量为2。根据设计范围,首先进行锅炉的燃料与燃烧计算。燃料与燃烧计算包括理论空气与理论烟气容积的计算,烟气焓温表以及锅炉热平衡及燃料消耗量的计算, 计算得出燃料消耗量为368.2 ,锅炉效率为89.28%,选择了国产火神全自动控制燃烧器的AW型杯转式自动燃烧器。给出炉胆尺寸和螺纹管束标准。进行锅炉的炉膛和对流受热面的计算,其后确定了其他主要部件的尺寸并进行热力计算。其中主要是对流管束的结构和热力计算。在这些基础上,又进行了锅炉的炉胆、零件的强度校核计算,提高锅炉运行的安全性。从而得出结论,设计的锅炉是可行的。

Abstract: This article is to design steam boiler DZS1-1.0-Q .The first step of tile is to calculate the fuel and the combustion base on the Boiler parameters and the Design standard., fuel consumption is calculated as 368.2 m3 / h, the boiler efficiency is 89.28%.we select the burner, which determine the type and size of furnace, including the conical furnace , flat corrugated furnace and furnace. The forth is determining the size of other major components and making thermal calculation.The calculation of the fuel and combustion include calculation of Theoretical air and Theoretical gas ,the volume of the gas, fuel consumption calculation and thermal balance of the boiler. Select the furnace size, the standard of screw bundle base on the Combustion calculations. And then doing the calculation of the surface and the convection heating surface. The heat calculation of convection heating surface include the structure of convection bundle and the thermal calculations. In this basis, the boiler's furnace tube, part of the strength check is calculated to improve the safety of boiler operation. Thus, concluded that the design of the boiler is feasible.
