摘要:电解槽是铝生产的主要设备,本设计在分析了大量文献资料的基础上,对铝电解槽结构进行了设计计算,对生产电解铝工艺工程的能量平衡、电压平衡、物料平衡进行了计算。并在冶金计算的基础上,对主要设备进行了选型和车间平面设计。设计中选用现行铝电解工艺中较为成熟的基本工艺参数,电流强度选用250kA,电流效率为94%。最后绘制了铝电解主体设备图,氧化铝厂设备连接图,氧化铝电解车间平面布置图及电解车间立面图四张CAD图纸。

ABSTRACT:Aluminum cell is the main equipment in the aluminum production. The structure of aluminum electrolytic cell was calculated and designed on the basis of a lot of literatures. The main contents of the design include: the energy balance calculation, the voltage balance calculation, the material balance calculation to get familiar with the aluminum electrolysis process. On the basis of the metallurgical calculation the main equipments and electrolysis plant were designed. The mature basic process parameters was chosen in current aluminum electrolysis production technology of the current intensity= 250kA and the current efficiency = 94%. At last, the main equipment drawing, the equipment connection drawing of the alumina plant-wide and the plane and elevation of the alumina electrolysis plant are drawn up.
