摘要:随着社会的发展,铜的消耗量在快速增长,铜产品的生产和销售日趋国际化,市场竞争日益激烈。只有采用高效、低污染、易于自动控制的新工艺来取代原有的工艺,或对旧设备进行大量技术改造才能在市场竞争中得以发展和壮大。此次是针对一个年产12万吨粗铜的转炉车间进行设计。

   本次论文首先对铜进行相关介绍,其次是选择铜锍吹炼的工艺和吹炼的技术条件,然后选择炉子的型号和计算炉子的尺寸,紧接着进行铜锍吹炼的冶金计算,最后进行车间布置,画出主体设备图、设备连接图和车间布置图从而完成整个设计。

   得出结果:转炉筒体直径Ф=4000mm,炉体长度L=9000mm,风口数n=48个,炉壳厚度δ=50mm,炉口面积S=7.2m2,风口直径Ф=64mm,风口中心距为152mm,风口至炉中心距为960mm,炉口尺寸a×b=2800mm×2400mm。厂房主跨为19m,副跨为12m,转炉中心距柱线距离为6m,转炉中心标高为5.2m。

ABSTRACT:With the development of society, copper consumption in fast-growing, copper products production and sale of the increasing international isation of markets increasingly competitive. Only high efficiency, low pollution, easy to control new technology to replace old technology, or on the technical transformation of old equipment a great deal in order to compete in the market to develop and grow. This is for an annual output of 120,000 tons of blister copper converter department for design.

   This paper firstly introduced the related copper, followed by the technical conditions of the selection process and converting of copper matte converting the, and then select the model and calculation of the size of the furnace, followed by copper matte converting metallurgical calculation, the workshop layout, main equipment drawing, draw equipment connection and workshop layout and complete the entire design.

   Results: converter shell Ф = 4000 mm diameter, furnace length L = 9000 mm, tuyere number n = 48, furnace shell thickness delta = 50 mm, throat opening area S = 7.2 m2, tuyere Ф = 64 mm in diameter, hole center distance is 152 mm, tuyere and the furnace center distance is 960 mm, throat opening dimension a * b = 2800 mm * 2400 mm. Workshop mainspan 19 m, deputy across to 12 m, center distance of converter column line distance is 6 m, converter center elevation of 5.2 m.
