摘要:在电锌生产过程中,通过烟气制酸以成为国内外锌冶炼工艺中最为成熟的工艺,根据电锌生产的实际,设计合理的烟气制酸工艺和车间布局非常重要,本文以年产1万吨电锌制酸车间为主要内容,根据进口原料气的组成,平衡曲线和最适温度曲线以及催化剂的起燃温度、使用温度大致估计四段转化过程的操作线,根据操作线来进行物料衡算和热量衡算,如果设定值和实际计算值相差太大,需要用试差的方法重新设定操作曲线来计算,直到设计值和计算值差不多。本设计采用固定管板式换热器,转换器的操作压力取1108mmH2O,高度为12.088m,内径为2.32m,外径为2.632m选用转化器φ2320mm。同时,详细介绍目前锌冶炼生产过程中,制酸的工艺流程,车间设计,锌冶炼及制酸工艺的发展等,为电锌生产制酸系统方案的设计提供参考价值和借鉴意义。

Estimate for the operation of the four transformation process line, According to the composition of the gas imported raw materials, balance curve and the optimum temperature curve and catalyst light-off temperature, operating temperature. If the difference between the set value and practical calculating value is too big, need to reset operation curve to calculation by using trial and error method, Until the design value and the calculated value are similar. The main contents of the design is: product introduction, selection of production method, the design of methods and process flow, The summary of paper(including purification craft, transformation craft, absorption craft),and calculation of process design, process design and model selection of the main equipment, workshop layout and design drawings. Completing the design of process specifications, which means I will complete curriculum design manual. Detailing the current zinc smelting production process, acid production process, plant design, zinc smelting and sulfuric acid process development, etc. for electrolytic zinc production acid system program design provide a reference value and reference.
