摘要:经常规法浸出后的浸出渣一般还含有18%~26%的锌及其他有价金属,因此,浸出渣还必须进一步处理,以回收其中的锌及有价金属。本设计主要以回转窑来处理浸出渣,将渣中的锌、铅、镉还原挥发出来,烟气经沉降、冷却、袋式收尘,最终得到含铅氧化锌粉。回转窑处理锌金属总回收率较高,流程简单。

   本设计通过物料平衡计算,回转窑设备有关尺寸的计算,画图等完成了年处理6万吨锌渣回转窑车间的设计。内容主要包括工艺流程的确定,回转窑生产过程中的冶金计算和主要设备尺寸的计算,主要设备结构图的绘制等。

ABSTRACT:Leaching slag after leaching by conventional method usually contains 18% ~ 26% of zinc and other valuable metals, as a result, the leaching residue must be further processing, to reclaim and valuable metals of zinc. This design mainly by the rotary kiln to deal with the leaching residue, the residue of zinc, lead, cadmium reduction volatilization, flue gas after settlement, cooling, bag type dust collector, the resulting lead oxide zinc powder. Rotary kiln processing zinc metal total recovery rate is high, process simple.

   This design complete the processing 60000 tons of zinc dross rotary kiln workshop through the calculation of material balance, the rotary kiln equipment about the size of the calculation, drawing and so on. The content of this design mainly includes the determination of process flow, metallurgical calculation in rotary kiln production process and main equipment size calculation, the main equipment structure drawing, etc.
