摘要:设计是依据“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿,火法工序所得到的收尘沉淀,采用湿法工艺对收尘沉淀进行处理,利用氯化钠溶液对收尘沉淀进行浸出,得到一定湿度的氯化铅和锡精矿。本文以锡精矿湿法车间为研究对象,在查阅众多文献的基础上,对“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿的发展和背景进行概述,以湿法车间的设计过程为主线,车间布置为主体,全面介绍锡精矿湿法车间的设计全过程。设计说明书对设计的过程进行了详细的阐述,主要内容如下:物料计算、水系平衡的计算,主体设备冷却结晶器的设计,车间配置的设计。
