摘要:本文研究了凹凸棒土(AT),聚酯成核剂及成核剂A(癸二酸二苯甲酰肼)对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)的结晶行为的影响。利用示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究PET/成核剂共混体系的非等温结晶、等温结晶行为。结果表明:加入三种成核剂后,PET的结晶行为有较大改善,热结晶峰向高温方向移动,结晶速率常数k增大,这说明成核剂都有效促进了PET的结晶,而且PET/成核剂A复合材料的结晶度是最大的。PET等温结晶时,温度对PET的结晶行为也有较大影响。等温结晶温度越高,结晶速率常数k越小,PET成核速率就越慢,PET达到100%相对结晶度所用时间就越长。PET、PET复合材料在同一温度结晶时,复合材料的结晶速率常数k都比PET大,说明成核剂A促进了PET的结晶。

Abstract:The effect of nucleating agents such as AT, polyester nucleation agent, nucleation agent A on the crystallization behaviors,crystallization kinetics of polyethylene terephthalate ( PET ) was studied . Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used to study the non  isothermal crystallization kinetics and isothermal crystallization kinetics of PET/ nucleating agent. The results show that the crystallization behavior of PET have been greater improved, thermal crystallization peak moved to higher temperature and crystallization rate constant K of PET increases to a certain extent by added three nucleation agents,and nucleating agent can effectively promoted the crystallization of PET.And the crystallinity of PET/ nucleating agent A composite is the largest.Isothermal crystallization temperature has a great influence of PET crystal. isothermal crystallization temperature is the higher,  The higher the crystallization temperature, crystallization rate constant k is smaller and nucleation rates of PET is slower,  when crystallization of PET achieved 100% relative crystallinity the time is longer. At the same temperature,composite crystalline rate constant k is greater than PET,so nucleating agent can effectively promoted the crystallization of PET.
