摘要:本论文通过机械共混法制备LLDPE/纳米碳球复合材料。以钛酸酯偶联剂改性纳米碳球,提高纳米碳球在LLDPE中的分散性,分析了不同纳米碳球的含量对LLDPE/纳米碳球复合材料力学性能和电性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对样品的分散程度进行测试和确定,表征了纳米碳球在LLDPE中的分散性。力学性能测试表明:纳米碳球含量增加,拉伸强度、弹性模量、弯曲强度上升,断裂伸长率下降,冲击强度没有明显上升。电性能测试表明:LLDPE/纳米碳球的表面电阻从1015Ω左右下降到1011Ω左右,电性能显著提高。扫描电子显微镜的测试表明,纳米碳球在LLDPE中的分散情况比较理想,断面处边缘处有少量团聚,不过数量很少。

Abstract:This paper describes the preparation of mechanical blending of LLDPE/ Carbon nanospheres composites.Analyze the content of the Carbon nanospheres of LLDPE modified Carbon nanospheres titanate coupling agent to improve the dispersion of the Carbon nanospheres in the LLDPE/ nano-mechanical properties and electrical properties of the composite material of Carbon nanospheres, and use the scanning electron microscope to test the degree of dispersion of the sample and determine the characterization of the dispersion of the nano carbon ball in the LLDPE. The mechanical properties test: by Carbon nanospheres content increasing, tensile strength, elastic modulus and alexural strength increase,but elongation at break decreases and the impact strength did not significantly increase. Electrical properties test: the surface resistance of the LLDPE/ Carbon nanospheres dropped from 1015Ω to 1011Ω approximately, which is a significant increase .SEM shows that the dispersion of the Carbon nanospheres in the LLDPE is the ideal,and there is a small number of agglomerates at the edge of the section.
