摘要：XX学院体育设施是学校进行体育教学、训练和开展课外体育活动的基础, 体育设施的发展直接影响与制约体育教育的质量，同时对学生终生体育能力与意识的培养具有不可估量的重要意义。本文采用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法,对XX学院体育场地、器材设施现状调查，对比《普通高等学校体育场馆设施、器材配备目录》分析体育场地与器材存在的不足，对体育教学和课外体育活动的影响，并根据其存在的问题提出对策与建议，为XX学院体育场地设施建设和发展提供参考。

ABSTRACT:Honghe University sports facilities are the school sports teaching and training and develop extracurricular sports activities in the foundation, the development of the sports facilities directly influenced and sports education quality, and lifetime physical education to the student ability and the training of consciousness is the important significance of inestimable. This paper by using the method of literature, observation, interview method, the red river college sports field investigation, equipment and facilities, compared to the common higher school sports facilities, equipment and equipped with catalogue of the sports ground and analysis of the shortcomings of the equipment for sports teaching and the influence of the extracurricular sports activities, and according to the existing problems puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the honghe university sports facility construction and development to provide the reference.

　　　高校体育场馆和器材设施是保证体育教学、课外体育活动和课余训练、竞赛正常进行不可缺少的物质条件, 是落实“健康第一”指导思想的物质基础。教育部于2004 年8 月颁布了《普通高等学校体育场馆设施、器材配备目录》以下简称“目录” 。《目录》作为国家教育行政部门颁发的规范性文件, 具有规定性和行政指令性, 是国家对普通高校办学条件的基本要求, 是普通高校基本建设的有机组成部分, 也是检查、督导、评估、规范学校办学条件的重要依据。高校体育事业的发展是学校高校办学质量的重要标志。通过对XX学院体育设施现状调查，找出其存在的不足，并结合XX学院体育设施的现状提出对策与建议，为XX学院体育事业的发展提供参考。
