摘要:近年来,伴随着我国房地产业的飞速发展和国民经济的稳步提高,高档房地产市场逐渐成熟。然而很多问题也随之而来。高档房地产业作为房地产业中不可或缺的一部分,运作中面临很多问题,特别是营销环节,问题较为严重。本文以万科金域蓝湾为例,分析了高档房地产营销中的优、缺点,希望找到高档房地产营销中存在的普遍问题,为我国高档房地产营销提供更为适合的营销方法,使高档房地产业能够更快更好的发展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy and the steady improvement of China's real estate industry, high-end real estate is gradually mature. However, many problems have followed. A part of the high-grade real estate real estate as an indispensable, each enterprise in the strategic adjustment, especially the marketing part of high-grade real estate, marketing is the foundation of real estate industry, but the problem is still not solved, also hindered the development of high-grade real estate.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Vanke golden resort in the marketing process, hope as an example to analyze the present common problems of high-grade real estate, find a solution to our marketing problem now. This paper hopes to find the improvement measures of real estate development, make high-grade faster, promote the development of the real estate industry.
