小学新教师的入职适应现状调查及对策研究.doc

摘要:新教师的入职期是教师职业生涯的开端，也是教师奠定专业意识、发展能力的关键时期。新教师作为教师队伍中的特殊群体，他们在入职后的适应程度会对今后的工作态度和表现产生重大影响。初为人师，每一名新教师由于社会角色的变化都会遇到诸多困难，出现轻重不等的不适行为。因此，关注新教师的入职适应问题无论对于教师，还是对教育教学都具有现实意义。

　　　本文以常州市新北区部分公立小学新教师为研究对象，主要运用问卷调查法和观察法对新教师入职适应的现状进行调查，分析新教师入职适应的现状和问题，并就存在的问题提出相应的解决策略。

Abstract:The entry of new teachers of teachers career start, but also the teachers laid professional awareness of the critical period of development capacity. New teachers as a special group of teachers, their adaptation after the entry be interested in future work attitude and performance have a significant impact. Beginning Teacher, a new teachers due to changes in social roles will encounter many difficulties, varying severity inappropriate behavior. Attention to new teachers recruited adaptation for both teachers and teaching have practical significance.

　　　教育承载着中国复兴民族的期望。近几年，随着各地对教育事业的日益重视，教育规模的不断扩大，大量的人才加入了教师队伍成为了新教师。他们的到来，为学校的发展注入了新鲜血液，但是也出现了一些问题。

　　　由于新教师在职前教育阶段一直是在学校课堂中获得专业知识和技能的。这些经历与实际的教学环境存在较大差异，虽然重视理论知识的积累，但缺乏教学实践的技能和经验。因此新教师在入职期不仅要进行“学生”到“老师”的角色转换，也要通过实践检验所学的理论知识。新教师在这一过程中会遇到诸多困难，出现程度不等的不适行为。因此，关注新教师的入职适应问题无论对教师，还是对教育教学都具有现实意义。

　　　本文主要运用问卷调查法和观察法对小学新教师入职适应的现状进行调查，分析新教师入职适应的问题及产生的原因，提出相应的策略，希望对提高新教师的入职适应性有帮助；更希望能起抛砖引玉的作用，引起更多学者对小学新教师研究领域的关注。
