义务教育阶段某地农村学生择校情况调查.doc

摘要：《义务教育法》规定我国实行九年制义务教育，政府应保证适龄儿童在户籍所在地就近入学。目前我国教育机会均等处于低水平，接受优质教育的机会不能满足所有家庭的实际要求，择校成为家长为子女提供优质教育的途径。

　我国目前正处于城市化快速发展的时期，城郊农村的城市化逐步加快，越来越多的城郊农村义务阶段的学生涌入城市优质学校入学。

　本文以泰州主城区近郊农村为案例，就义务教育阶段学生择校情况进行调查。旨在调查义务教育阶段泰州农村学生择校现状，深入了解产生这一现象产生的背景与各方面原因，结合调查访谈分析择校给农村家庭以及学校、社会带来的影响，并针对该现状以进一步优化教育改革为前提提出补充性可行建议。

Abstract：Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China defined that China adopts 9-year compulsory education system. The government should assure children of school age enter school near the domicile. Equality of educational opportunity of this period of time is in low level. Chances for receiving quality education can't meet the actual requirements of all families. The action of school choice becomes the way of the parents providing their children the quality education.

　China is during rapid urbanization period. The speed of the development of rural urbanization is increasing. More and more primary and middle school compulsory education students move from a rural school to an urban school for quality education.

　This article is about the investigation on the action of school-choices made by primary and middle school compulsory education students take place in rural areas of Taizhou. Aiming to investigate and analyses the situation of the background , the reason and the effects brought to the families, the schools and the society. Then, put forward suggestions in terms of educational reform.

　受经济、教育发展水平等各方面因素的影响，我国的教育机会均等目前仍处于低水平位置，国家社会所提供的优质教育机会不能满足所有家庭的实际要求。但是，家庭对优质教育的需求并不曾因此而减弱。家长利用一切可能为子女提供更好的教育，为达到这样的目的，择校成为家长不可回避的办法。

　我国法律赋予了每个适龄儿童均享有入学接受教育的权利，在这前提下，家长的择校行为就代表了一种对优质教育的渴望与追求，对原本就近入学的学校教育存在不满，在一定程度上暴露了各学校教育质量的不平衡、优质教育资源短缺的问题。

本文以泰州主城区近郊农村为案例，就义务教育阶段学生择校情况进行调查分析。旨在调查义务教育阶段泰州农村学生择校现状，深入了解产生这一现象产生的背景与各方面原因，结合调查访谈分析择校给农村家庭以及学校、社会带来的影响，并针对该现状以进一步优化教育改革为前提提出补充性可行建议，能够对泰州地区的义务教育的学情有启发意义。
