摘要:本论文对于小学科学食品科学与工程课题进行科普教学,分为教学目标,教学过程和教学方法三个部分,以小学科学课程标准为依据,强调以学生为中心的教学,进行“真实”问题的学习,采用探究方法结合直观的阐述,让小学生更好的去了解关于食品这一方面的科学,旨在面向全体小学生、倡导探究学习、提高科学素养的理念,提高全体学生的科学素养,进而促进全民族素养的提高。

Abstract:This thesis is science teaching for primary school science and food science and engineering topics, divided into three parts of the teaching objectives, teaching process and teaching methods, elementary school science curriculum standards, emphasis on student-centered teaching, the"real"study, using an inquiry approach combined with the intuitive description, let primary school students better to understand the science on this aspect of the food, of all primary students designed to be oriented advocacy to inquiry learning, and improve the concept of scientific literacy, and improve the scientific literacy of all students, therebypromote the accomplishment of the whole nation to improve.
