【摘 要】：虚拟现实( V R ) 是具有浸没感、交互性和构想性的计算机高级人机界面。是一项高速发展地综合性计算机，简单的说就一种可以建立和体验虚拟世界的计算机系统。人们可以在计算机构建的虚拟环境中活动和做一些交互动作。本文主要根据虚拟现实技术的基本特征和技术分类，分析了虚拟现实技术在航天、教育、工业、医学等领域的员工培训中的应用现状和未来发展趋势，使企业培训能够有效展开。

【Abstract】:Virtual reality (V R) is a sense of immersion, interaction and imagination of the advanced computer interface.Is a high-speed development of integrated computer, simply put, one can establish and experience the virtual world of the computer system.People can be in computer construction of virtual environment and do some interactive activities.This paper mainly based on the virtual reality technology and the basic characteristics of technical classification, analysis of the virtual reality technology in the aerospace, education, industry, medical science and other fields of staff training in the application of the status quo and future development trend, so that enterprises can effectively expand training.
