【摘要】：随着计算机技术、网络技术和视频处理技术的飞速发展，流媒体技术广泛地应用到视频播放系统中；本文重在研究流媒体技术中编码器和服务器的两种连接方式，并且分别用两种方式设计和实现校园网络电视台。流媒体服务器和vod视频点播进行连接，使得客户端可以通过VOD视频网站来访问校园网络电台。

Abstract : Along with the computer technology, network technology and video processing technology, streaming media technology is widely applied to the video playback system; this paper focuses on the research of streaming media technology in encoder and server two kinds of connecting ways, and are respectively in two ways: design and implementation of campus network TV station.
