托班幼儿抢夺玩具的行为研究_学前教育专业.doc

[摘要]幼儿在游戏中与同伴交往，往往会发生冲突，而冲突之一是抢夺玩具现象。本研究采用自然观察法中的事件取样观察法，从男女生发生抢夺玩具行为分布情况、抢夺玩具行为事件在不同游戏中的分布情况、互动双方情绪特征分布情况、幼儿抢夺玩具结果分布情况等四个方面，呈现了在游戏中幼儿抢夺玩具行为的基本特征。并深入分析影响幼儿抢夺玩具的因素，在此基础上为教师的指导和处理提出相应的建议。

Abstract:While children are playing with their peers, they are often in conflicts. One kind of the conflicts is snatching for toy. This research uses event sampling observation method of the natural observation method, Snatch toys from the behavior of boys and girls the distribution occurs, snatch toys behavioral event in the distribution of the different games, interactive features of the distribution of both mood, child snatch the results of the distribution of toys in four aspects,showing the basic characteristics of the behavior about the snatching for toy in game. Based on the in-depth analysis of the factors that affect young children snatching toys, this research provides some proper advices for teachers to guide and handle this phenomenon.

研究缘起

　　在幼儿园的日常生活与各类教学活动中，我们时常看到幼儿之间由于各种原因发生冲突。在幼儿同伴间的相互作用的过程中，冲突是一种常见的、基本的关系状态，是幼儿取得日常生活经验的一部分，是不可避免的。冲突行为是幼儿与同伴之间频繁发生的一种社会互动形式。在幼儿园的各种游戏中，一个玩具、一个角色和一句话，一个不经意的动作都会引起纷争，产生冲突。冲突作为幼儿之间的一种互相抵制或对抗状态其表现方式很多，如最常见的抢夺玩具行为。

　　在百家湖天元吉第幼儿园实习的时候，我看到在角色游戏中，一个被班里面公认的调皮的小男孩和一个女孩抢夺玩具布娃娃，我看见的是小女孩先拿到布娃娃，然后小男孩来抢夺玩具。我的指导策略是让先拿布娃娃的小女孩获得本次的使用权,从而平息了这场抢夺玩具事件。我对于幼儿抢夺玩具的原因不明白，以及指导策略不知道是否合理，于是我对幼儿抢夺玩具行为以及教师应如何指导产生兴趣，决定进行进一步的研究。
