中班幼儿谦让行为研究.doc

摘要:本文针对中班幼儿在同伴交往过程中发生的谦让行为进行研究，采用质的研究方法，通过现场观察、访谈收集资料，利用分析工具从谦让对象、教师介入情况概括出幼儿谦让行为的基本特征和类型，并围绕幼儿的年龄、个性特征、教师的谦让观、介入策略、家庭和社会文化习俗等方面深入讨论谦让行为的影响因素。最后，在此基础上提出针对幼儿谦让教育的若干建议。

Abstract:This paper aims at the modesty decline of children in the middle class of kindergarten,which happens in the process of contact among them. It adopts the qualitative method which involves observing in the field and talking with the teachers ,the parents and children to collect information. Then the researcher summarizes the basic characteristics and tipe of children’s modesty decline by analysis tools from the object of modesty decline and the interposion of teachers. After that, the researcher makes a deeply discussion about the influencing factors of the modesty decline ,surrounding the age of children,individual character,the teacher’s view of modesty decline,the strategy of interposion,children’s family and cultural customs etc. Finally, based on the conclusion above, the researcher provides some suggestions of the modesty decline of children.

　　我国非常注重培养孩子的亲社会行为，在幼儿期，家长和教师就经常向孩子灌输一些亲社会行为方面的观念。然而，当研究者听到一个幼儿向自己的同伴嚷道“老师说的，应该懂得谦让，你应该谦让我……”时，不禁对这种灌输式的教育产生怀疑：仅仅以说教的方式就能让幼儿获得人们所希望的亲社会行为吗？幼儿对这些亲社会行为的理解真的就是我们成人所理解的那样吗？如果不是，那幼儿所理解的又会是怎样的？从外部的要求到内部的认可并转化为行为应通过什么样的方式才能得以实现？“你自己没有吗？干嘛玩我的！没有，你不会让你妈妈去买啊……”表面上看，这个幼儿的话似乎有几分道理。自己的玩具也是妈妈掏钱买的，如果别人真的很喜欢，何不让自己的妈妈也买一个一摸一样的呢？玩具给别人玩意味着自己就玩不了了呀。如果，人与人之间真的只是“你是你，我是我”的关系，这样做也没什么不好。可是，人是社会人，是生活在各种关系中的人。人与人之间的交往是没有那么简单的，充满竞争的同时也需要合作。生活中像这个幼儿所想的人很多，表现出慷慨的人也有。那么，影响他们不同行为和想法的因素有哪些呢？如何让持有这种观念的孩子认识到亲社会行为的重要性并乐于表现出这种亲社会行为？这些疑问引起了研究者的研究兴趣。
