摘要:幼儿园安全制度建设是以保护在园幼儿身心皆不受威胁为目的,创立要求幼儿园工作者共同遵守的行为准则和工作规程。本研究聚焦于幼儿园安全制度建设的现状与对策研究,涵盖了幼儿园安全制度建设的现状、影响因素以及对策。

 首先,幼儿园安全制度建设的现状如下:

 幼儿园安全制度建设内容包括场地设施安全、教玩具材料安全、膳食安全、幼儿活动安全、突发事件应对措施、安全教育、专业安保人员配备等七类内容。

 在意识上,幼儿园园长、教师和家长均能认识到安全问题的重要性,但有时会对幼儿保护过度。

 在行为上,幼儿园能采取多种安全防护措施,但在应对紧急事件时,不能充分地贯彻和实施安全制度。

 意识和行为存在一定的脱节。

 此外,影响幼儿园安全制度建设的主观因素有园长领导方式、教职工的安全意识;客观因素有政府立法和政府资金投入。

   最后,研究者对园长、教师、家长和政府提出了相应的对策,包括园长应加强安全制度建设,落实具体内容;教师应注重理论联系实际,探索生命教育的途径;家长应积极配合幼儿园安全制度建设;政府应为幼儿园安全制度建设提供法律和资金支持。

Abstract:Kindergarten's security system construction refers to the working regulations and the behavior standard which are abide by toddler staffs, aiming at protecting the children's health of body and mind from being attacked. The study focuses on the status quo and countermeasures of the kindergarten's security system construction, covering contents of kindergarten's security system construction, the status quo of it and countermeasures which will improve it.

 First, the status quo of the kindergarten security system construction appear as follow: 

 kindergarten's security system construction includes security of facilities, teaching materials and toys, food security, children's activities, safety education, emergency response, professional security personnel with the contents of seven categories.

 The principals, teachers and parents all can realize the importance of safety problems at consciousness level, but sometimes they pay too much attention to it.

 Kindergartens can take various measures of safety protection, but sometimes they aren't able to deal with the emergencies effectively.

 Consciousness will be out of line with behaviors.

 In addition, there're subjective and objective factors which have effect on construction of the kindergarten security system, including principals' leadingship style, the safety consciousness of staff s, the government legislation and funds and so on.

 Finally, the researcher puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the principals, teachers, parents and the government. Principals should strengthen the security system construction, carry out the specific contents. Teachers should combine theory with practice and explore life education. Parents should cooperate with kindergarten security system construction; The government should provide legal and financial support for  kindergarten security  system construction.
