摘要:河南省D市A区排水工程设计分雨水污水管网设计与污水处理厂设计两大部分,旨在对本科期间给水排水工程所学内容进行了一个总结。

   河南省D市A区夏季多雨,冬季干燥。采用完全分流制排水系统。污水管网经各分区收集,汇集到城市的主干管,然后进入污水处理厂进行处理。雨水管网根据地形坡度,分为三个大区,各区汇集的雨水直接经由主干管排放至河流中。排水管采用钢筋混凝土管。

   污水处理厂采用UCT工艺,通过三级处理最终水质达到国家1级A排放标准。

   预处理以格栅、沉砂池、二沉池组成,粗、细格栅的倾角均为60°,粗格栅槽长4.2m,细格栅槽长3.5m,采用机械清渣。提升泵房选用350S16型单级双吸水泵4台,3用1备,3用1备。

   旋流式沉砂池设一组分两格运行,每格设计流量为Q=281L/s;

   二级处理采用UCT生化反应池,厌氧池平均停留时间为2h,容积为4640.4m3;缺氧池均停留时间为2.74h,容积为4868.75m3;

   二沉池采用辐流式沉淀池,池子直径为30m,沉淀部分有效水深2.86m,沉淀时间2h,污泥斗容积为143.58m3。进水管直径400mm,流速为0.1m/s。

   剩余污泥经浓缩消化处理后,经过机械脱水然后外运。由于城市污水40%做中水回用,处理后的污水40%流经活性砂滤池进行深度处理,其他60%处理完成后直接排放至水体。

   工程投入使用后将大大缓解夏季城市的内涝问题,并减轻由于水污染造成的环境恶化情况。

   The radial flow sedimentation pool two sink the pond, pool diameter 30m, precipitate effective depth 2.86m, precipitation time 2h, the sludge bucket volume is 143.58m3. The water inlet pipe diameter 400mm, the flow rate was 0.1m/s.
