摘要:该建筑为商住楼,建筑高度为80.6米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:

   给水系统:

   本建筑采用分区给水,共计三个区。地下二层至六层为低区,七至十六层为中区,十七到二十五层为高层。由两台变频泵分别向中高区供水,设两条引入管,从不同的方向引入,既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。

   排水系统:

   本设计采用污废合流的排放体制。管材排水管采用UPVC排水管及管件,采用粘接,压力排水管采用焊接钢管。污水经化粪池处理后排入市政污水管网。

   消防系统:

   该设计采用消火栓给水系统。室内消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水,由消防水池、加压泵、供水管、阀门、室内消火栓等组成。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;火灾初期10分钟的用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。

   热水系统:

   根据设计资料,本设计需对1-25层供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡,热水管道沿着给水管道布置,采用封闭式机械循环热水系统。

   各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。

   本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理的技术措施,使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。

Abstract:The building for the commercial and residential  buildings, building height of 80.6 meters. All the buildings are carried at high-rise building water supply and drainage and drainage requirements for the design. Combined with the actual situation, according to the nature of the building, use, and indoor sanitation has improved water supply and drainage facilities, the specific design of the drainage system as follows:

Water supply system:

    The building adopts regional water supply, a total of three areas.Six for the ground floor to the lower zone, seven to 16 layers for the Central District, seventeen to twenty five-story high-rise. Respectively by two high pump water supply, set two inlet tube, introduced from different directions, both to protect the safety of water supply, but also saves energy.

Drainage System:

    The design uses a confluence of waste and sewage discharge system. Drain pipe with UPVC pipes and fittings, using adhesive, pressure pipes welded steel pipe. The septic tank effluent discharged into the municipal sewage treatment pipe network.

Fire System:

    The design uses a Fire Hydrant System. Indoor Fire Hydrant System uses high-pressure water supply temporarily, by the fire pond, pressure pumps,  water pipes, valves, fire hydrant and other components. Equipped with water tanks on the roof with a fire hydrant experimental apparatus, fire hydrant annular arrangement, the fire box equipped with push-button start fire pumps, fire pumps can be started directly; initial fire from the roof of a 10-minute fire water tank water supply, the normal water storage tanks by a fire pump extracted from. Underground water pump chamber peripheral devices, to ensure fire safety.

Hot water system:

    According to the design information, the design must supply hot water for 1-25 layers. To ensure the same point in the cold water, hot water pressure balance, piping hot water pipes along the water, the use of closed mechanical circulatory hot water system.

Each system riser tube wells located within or along the wall in the laying, horizontal tube according to the characteristics of each system for surface or concealed.

    The design of the economy, environmental protection, energy conservation principle, by drawing on the previous design methods and experience, using reasonable technical measures to make the design of the various systems used to achieve good results.
