摘要:本设计的主要任务是徐州市国贸中心写字楼建筑给排水设计,设计的主要内容包括:建筑给水系统、建筑排水系统、建筑消防系统和建筑热水系统。

   本建筑总高度为56.7m,共地上13层,主要作为办公楼使用,第13层顶设机房层,主要用来布置屋顶的必要设施。

   市政给水管网常年提供的资用水头为20m,经技术经济比较,室内给水系统拟采用分区给水方式。初步拟定该建筑分为两个区,一至二层作为一个分区,采取市政管网直接供水;三至十三层作为一个分区,采取水泵和屋顶水箱联合给水方式,分区内局部设减压阀调压。

   建筑内生活污水经化粪池处理后直接排入市政排水管网;建筑雨水系统设专门的雨水立管将雨水排入市政排水管道。

   在该建筑内每层的走廊、消防电梯前室中均布有消火栓,其间距不大于30m,消火栓采用明装;在1~13层设自喷灭火系统,各层的喷头布置主要采用4×3m长方形布置,距墙不小于0.5m,不大于1.8m,采用吊顶型喷头。

   高级办公室位于5~13层,每层5个独立卫生间。加热器的出水温度70,最不利点的水温60,当地冷水温度4。采用PPR热水管。

   热水系统只提供5-13层高档办公室独立卫生间的热水使用,每个卫生间需供应热水的有淋浴器和洗脸盆,热水为上行下给式,由屋顶给水水箱的水,经气压罐加压后,进入设置在1层的高区水加热器,再送回到顶层进入高区热水管网。

Abstract:The main task of this design is the Xuzhou China World Trade Center City Center office building to the drainage design, the main design elements include: building water supply system, drainage system, fire protection system construction and building hot water system.

   The total building height of 56.7m, a total of 13 floors on the ground, mainly used as office building, thirteenth layer is arranged on the top of the room, the necessary facilities are mainly used for roof.

   The municipal water supply piping to provide capital with the head of 20m, through technical and economic comparison, indoor water supply system is used to partition water supply mode. A preliminary draft of the building is divided into two zones, one to two layers as a partition, the municipal water supply pipe network directly; three to thirteen layers as a partition, take the water pump and the roof tank joint water supply mode, the local partition set valve pressure.

   The building of sewage is treated in the septic tank directly discharged into municipal drainage pipe network; the building storm-water system set up specialized water riser will rain into the municipal drainage pipeline.

   In the construction of each layer in the corridor, fire elevator shafts are uniformly distributed in the fire hydrant, fire hydrant spacing of not more than 30m, the Ming outfit; a sprinkler system in 1~13 layer, each layer of the main nozzle arrangement with 4 * 3M rectangular layout, away from the wall not less than 0.5m, not more than 1.8m, the ceiling type nozzle.

   Senior office located in the 5~13 layer, each layer of 5 separate toilet,. Heater outlet temperature of 70, the water temperature the most unfavorable point of 60, the local water temperature 4. Dry pipe, vertical pipe are made of composite plastic pipe.

   Hot water systems only provide 5-13 high-grade office independent toilet water usage, each bathrooms need hot water supply had a shower and washbasin, hot water for uplink to type, roof water tank by the water, air pressure tank is pressurized, enter the settings in the high water heater 1, back to the top to high water network.
