摘要:如今,我国国民经济实力的不断增强,建筑业的迅速发展,建筑物的总体建设水平不断提高。建筑内部的给水排水工程是建筑设备中的重要组成部分,其技术水平及先进性直接影响建筑物的使用功能,与人们生活,环境,安全息息相关,涉及到千家万户,与社会的环境保护,水资源的合理利用,可持续性发展紧密相连。

   本文针对徐州云龙区某一综合楼,结合对设计标准、规范的理解,对该建筑的给水系统、排水系统、消火栓给水以及自动喷洒给水系统,主要以设计计算说明的形式,进行了初步探讨。 

   给水系统:

   本建筑一层至三层由室外市政管网直接供水,四至十四层为水泵水箱给水方式。

   排水系统:

   本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,伸顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。

   消防系统:

   该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅰ级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;

   热水系统:

   本建筑采用集中热水供应.

   各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。

Abstract:Now, in China, the growing strength of the national economy, the rapid development of the building industry, the overall construction level building continues to improve. Project of water supply and drainage inside the building is an important part of construction equipment, building function affects the level of technology and advanced directly, and people's life, environment, safety is closely linked, involving thousands of households, and environmental protection society, rational utilization of water resources, sustainable development are closely linked.

   According to the Xuzhou Yunlong District a comprehensive building, according to the design standard, the understanding of the specification, the water supply system, the drainage system, fire hydrant and sprinkler water supply system, mainly in the design calculation shows how the form, has carried on the preliminary discussion.

   Water supply system:

   This building one layer to three layers from outside the municipal water supply pipe network directly, four to fourteen for water tank water supply mode.

   Drainage system:

   This design uses the sewage waste water confluence emissions system. Pipe with a silencer function of the spiral UPVC pipes, ventilating mode, we can further improve the quality of the environment.

   Fire protection system:

   The building is in fire danger rating grade Ⅰ, design content including fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system. Design of experiments in the roof water tank room fire hydrant system, fire hydrant water supply network was circular layout, the fire hydrant box set fire pump start button, can directly start the fire pump;

   Hot water system:

   This building adopts the centralized hot water supply.

   Vertical tube in tube well or along the wall laying in each system, horizontal tube according to the surface characteristics of each system or concealed.
