摘要:本设计为徐州泉山区宜家庭院建筑给水排水工程设计 。徐州泉山区宜家庭院为21层民用建筑,地下两层分别为储藏室和车库,地上为住宅。此外,屋顶设有阁楼间。其中地下室每层层高为2.7m,地上顶层层高为3.1m,其余每层层高为2.9m,总层高64m。

   设计主要包括对建筑内的给水排水工程以及与之配套的室内外部分给水排水工程的设计,具体包括:建筑室内给水系统、建筑热水系统、建筑消防系统、自动喷洒系统、建筑排水系统以及建筑雨水系统。

   在给水系统的设计中,采用分区给水的方式。1—3层为底层,4—15层为中层,16—21层为高层。底层,采用室外官网直接供水,中、高层均采用水泵和水箱联合供水及下行上给的供水方式。

   该建筑为高层住宅建筑,按照高层民用建筑防火规范,消火栓宜布置在明显、经常有人出入且使用方便的地方,因而在该建筑的房间走廊中,电梯的前室以及地下室中均布有消火栓。其中屋顶水箱应贮存火灾初期10min的消防水量。该建筑危险等级为中危险级Ⅰ级,采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。

   在排水系统的设计中,卫生间采用污、废水分流制,厨房采用废水单独排放,卫生间的污水经化粪池处理后排入市政排水管网,厨房及卫生间的废水直接排入市政排水管网。雨水采用内排水系统,雨水设专门的雨水立管排入市政雨水管道。

   热水系统采用全循环的系统,高区低区均为上行下给的布置形式。最不利点水温大约为60℃,管道中水温在60℃—70℃之间。建筑热水系统采用循环水泵供水系统,采用集中热水供应,热源来自市政热媒管网(0.20MPa)。
