摘要:水资源短缺是21世纪人类面临的最为严峻的资源问题之一,污水回用经常被作为首选方案,很重要的原因在于水源就近可得,水量稳定,不会发生与邻相争。污水回用既可以有效地节约和利用有限的和宝贵的淡水资源,又可以减少污水或废水的排放量,减轻水环境的污染,还可以缓解城市排水管道的超负荷现象,具有明显的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益。

   本课题是根据“连云港市建设规划”要求而建的排水工程设计,城区内有4家企业,其排放废水水质达到了《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》;以及学校1所。城区内无排水系统、无污水处理厂。要求新建污水处理厂出水水质应满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。城市污水经处理后,60%就近排入水体,40%作为城市景观环境用水。 

   根据本区的地形,本设计采用正交式污水排水系统,雨水就近排入水体。完全分流制排水系统。

   根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模,并结合考虑需脱氮除磷的要求,城市污水处理厂设计采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺。该工艺污水处理流程为:从粗格栅到泵房,进入细格栅,平流沉砂池,氧化沟,辐流式二沉池,消毒池,中水处理,出水排放。污泥处理流程为:从二沉池和初沉池排除的剩进余污泥首先入污泥提升泵房,进入污泥浓缩池,贮泥池,污泥消化池,污泥脱水间,泥饼外运。深度处理在投加混凝剂后采用普通快滤池过滤加氯消毒后用于中水回用。

With both can effectively save and use the limited and precious fresh water resource recycling sewage, and can reduce emissions of sewage or waste water, reduce water pollution, overload can also ease the city drainage pipeline, and has obvious social benefit, environmental benefit and economic benefit.

   This topic is the drainage projects according to the requirements of "Lianyungang City construction planning" design, city of 4 enterprises, the discharge of wastewater quality reached "sewage discharged into the city sewer water quality standards"; and the 1 schools. City without drainage system, no sewage treatment plant. New sewage treatment plant effluent quality should meet the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918-2002) in an A standard. City sewage after treatment, 60% into the nearby water, 40% as the city landscape water.

   According to the topography, the design of orthogonal type sewage drainage system, rain water into the nearby water. Completely separate drainage system.

   According to the city's geographical location and scale of sewage treatment plant, combining with the demand for nitrogen and phosphorus removal requirements, city sewage treatment plant design uses the Carrousel oxidation ditch process. The technology of wastewater treatment process for: from the coarse grid to the pump house, into the fine grid, advection sedimentation tank, oxidation ditch, radial flow two sedimentation tank, disinfection pool, water treatment, water discharge. The sludge treatment process for: from two sedimentation tank and the primary settling tank to exclude left into excess sludge first into the sludge pumping station, into the sludge thickening tank, sludge storage tank, sludge digestion tank, sludge dewatering room, sludge cake sinotrans. Deep treatment using conventional rapid filter filtration chlorination in after adding coagulant for water reuse.
