摘要:随着工业经济时代的远去，知识经济时代也已来临。在新的经济时代到来之际，世界经济的发展面临着前所未有的的改变。21世纪是科学与技术的天地，科学技术成为推动经济发展的第一生产力。高新技术更是成为社会经济高效、迅速、集约发展最重要的动力来源。广东省是我国高新技术产业发展的主要区域，其发展近年来取得了巨大的进步，对该省经济增长作出了很大的贡献。但在新经济时代到来的今天，由于政策支持力度不足、融资体系不健全、自主创新不高和高技术人才稀缺等各个方面的短板，其生存与发展现状出现了很多的问题，致使广东省高新技术产业发展缓慢、隐患颇多。本文首先对广东省的高科技企业的发展现状进行阐述，然后对影响广东省高科技企业发展的问题从政策、资金、技术、人才等方面进行分析。最后，根据高科技企业的发展特点，结合当今广东省高科技企业的实际情况给出一些建议。希望能使广东省高科技企业对自身的发展有一个宏观全面的把握，并对其未来的发展有一定的借鉴意义

Abstract:As the industrial economy era gone, and the knowledge economy era is coming. At the dawn of the new economic era, the development of world economy facing unprecedented changes. In the 21st century is the world that science and technology, science and technology as the first productive force to promote the development of economy. High and new technology has become the social and economic efficiency, rapid and intensive development of the most important source of power. Guangdong province is a major area of high and new technology industry development in our country, its development has made great progress in recent years, has made a great contribution to the province's economic growth. Today, but in the new economy era coming, caused by a lack of policy support, the financing system is not sound, independent innovation is not high, and many aspects, such as high-tech talent scarcity of short board, its survival and the development present situation appear a lot of problems, the Guangdong province high and new technology industry development is slow, the hidden trouble. This paper first on the current situation of the development of high-tech enterprises in Guangdong province, and then to the problems affecting the development of high-tech enterprises in Guangdong province from the aspects of policy, capital, technology, talent, etc were analyzed. Finally, according to characteristics of the development of high-tech enterprises, combined with the actual situation in today's high-tech enterprises in Guangdong province gives some suggestion. Hope to be able to make high-tech enterprises in Guangdong province for its own development there is a macro grasp comprehensively, and has certain reference significance for its future development.
