摘要:本文采用硝酸铝和醋酸锌为原料,聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,以共沉淀法制备掺铝氧化锌(AZO)微粉。选用硅酸钠和稀硫酸对已制备的AZO进行表面包覆SiO2改性。采用超声波将未经过表面包覆和经过表面包覆后的AZO微粉分散到聚合物聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)中,用共混法制备了一系列不同铝掺杂量的PVB/AZO复合材料。主要研究了不同铝掺杂量的AZO微粉及其包覆改性AZO微粉对PVB/AZO复合材料的力学性能、隔热效果的影响。结果表明: PVB/ AZO 复合膜片对紫外光有屏蔽作用,在可见光区透过率较高,近红外波段透过率有所下降,有一定的隔热、耐热效果。当铝掺杂量为2%时,复合膜片的拉伸性能较好。

Abstract:In this paper, aluminum nitrate and zinc acetate as raw materials, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a dispersing agent, co-precipitation preparation of aluminum doped zinc oxide (AZO) micronized. The selection of sodium silicate and sulfuric acid has been prepared AZO coated SiO2 modified. Using ultrasound without surface coating and after the AZO micronized surface coating dispersion polymer polyvinyl butyral (PVB),a series of different Al-doped Blend Method of PVB/AZO composite materials. The study of Al-doped AZO micronized coated modified AZO powder on the mechanical properties of PVB/AZO composite insulation, heat insulation effect . The results showed that: the shielding effect of PVB/AZO composite diaphragm UV high transmittance in the visible region, the near-infrared transmittance decreased, a certain degree of insulation, heat effect. When the aluminum doping amount is 2%, the composite diaphragm has good tensile properties.
