摘  要:由于中草药的实用价值日益凸显,需求量不断加大,人们对其产量的要求不断提高。在种植重楼过程中一些药农民用农药的方式方法也不科学,有些农民片面追求产量,盲目过度使用农药,这些都给人工种植的中草药的质量造成一定的影响。而文献报道多为食品、蔬菜、谷物、饲料、水果等有机磷农药残留量的测定方法,鲜有中草药中有机磷农药残留量测定方法的报道。为了把握中草药的质量,建立中草药中有机磷农药残留量的定性或定量分析方法是非常必要的。目前使用最为广泛的是有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯等为代表的有机类农药。而有机磷杀虫剂是在我国农产品中使用最广泛的农药,占所有使用农药的70%以上。其中,甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乐果、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱等起着重要的作用。所以有机磷中以甲胺磷为代表为有机磷类农药残留的研究提供了依据。

   本毕业论文主要探究一种快速高效提取、检测重楼中甲胺磷含量的方法。以丙酮作为溶剂通过超声波提取、层析柱净化、气相色谱检测的方法测定重楼中甲胺磷的含量。从而为中草药中甲胺磷农残检测提供参考依据。

Abstract: Due to the practical value of Chinese herbal medicine increasingly prominent, Increasing demand for its production, people of requirement enhances unceasingly. In the process of planting in heavy floor YaoNong use pesticides some method also not science, Some medicine farmers face pursue output, Blind excessive use of pesticides, Which was the quality of the Chinese herbal medicine artificial planting caused by certain effect. But more than reported in literature for food, vegetables, grains, feed and fruits of organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues determination method, Few Chinese herbal medicine determination method of organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues reports. In order to grasp the quality of Chinese herbal medicine, build these herbal organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues qualitative or quantitative analysis method is very necessary. Now is the most widely used organophosphate, organochlorines, carbamate ester etc, as a representative of the organic class of chemicals. Organophosphorus pesticides are the main pesticide in paddy field, which accounts for more than 70% of all use pesticides. Among them, methamidophos, acephate, panaplate, oxygen dimethoate and dimethoate and DuiLiuLin, malah sulphur phosphorous, methyl DuiLiuLin, chlorpyrifos varieties such as play an important role. So the purification of organophosphorus pesticide research of preparation for experimental standard.the provides basis, thereby reducing the cost of the experiment.

   This graduation is explores a kind of fast and efficient extraction, detection in heavy floor method to determine the content of methamidophos. As solvent with acetone by ultrasonic extraction, chromatography, gas chromatography column purification methods of determining weight in detecting the amount of methamidophos building. Thus in for Chinese herbal medicine methamidophos detect pesticide residues to provide the reference.
